Assessments: Build Your Skillset

The great wisdom on the temple at Delphi was "Know Thyself." Assessments are powerful tools for self‐awareness.

We offer two proprietary assessment tools:

• The SQ21™ - the proprietary Spiritual Intelligence assessment which has been carefully created and tested for construct validity, reliability, and has been cross‐correlated with another respected Harvard Instrument. Purchase online!
• The Deep Intelligence Diagnostic™ - a four-part review with you of your multiple intelligences for leadership. We use the SQ21, an assessment of EQ (usually the Talent Smart EQ self-assessment or the Daniel Goleman 360 ECI), a measure of cognitive complexity (stage of thinking) and a questionnaire to guide a conversation around Physical Intelligence. Your four intelligences are integrated into the Deep Intelligence Diagnostic where we target the most crucial things for you to work on right now, given your priorities and circumstances.

The SQ21 is available for $159. It is an online assessment. You answer a series of questions, and receive a 20 page report (the report prints in English). Additional coaching to debrief the report and develop a personal action plan is highly recommended.
